1. Payment & Installments

• Failure to pay the first installment will result in an automatic hold on course access.
• Remaining installment payments must be made as per the agreed schedule.

2. Course Schedule Changes

• Any request for a change in the schedule must be submitted in writing and approved prior to the requested change.
• The institute reserves the right to modify schedules due to unforeseen circumstances.

3. Pausing or Stopping the Course

• Students must provide prior notice if they wish to pause or stop their course.
• Requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and resumption of classes will be subject to seat availability.

4. Registration Validity

Registration will be valid for a maximum of six (6) months from the registration date.

5. Refund Policy

• If a refund is requested after registration but before the course starts, the refundable amount will be calculated after deducting VAT, registration fees, and administrative charges.
• If a refund is requested after the start of the course, the refund will be processed after deducting VAT, registration fees, a fixed administrative fee, and the fee for completed hours.
• Refunds will only be granted if the reason for cancellation is valid and cleared with management.
• No refunds will be issued after 50% of the course has been completed.
• Refunds requested due to reasons beyond the student's control (e.g., medical emergencies, job relocation) will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

6. Attendance

Students are expected to maintain regular attendance. Al Mihad reserves the right to withhold certificates for insufficient attendance.

7. Code of Conduct

Students are expected to maintain professional behavior at all times. Al Mihad reserves the right to dismiss students who violate the code of conduct without refund.

8. Intellectual Property

All course materials provided are the intellectual property of Al Mihad Training Center and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.

9. Privacy

Personal information collected during enrollment is used solely for course administration and communication purposes. We do not share your data with third parties.
